Our target
This website is designed and tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. That is an engineering target that we test continuously. It is not a third-party certification.
What we do
- Native page structure: landmarks, one main heading per page, ordered headings, and a skip link.
- Every link and control works with a keyboard, in a logical order, with a visible focus indicator.
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1, and touch targets of 44 pixels or larger.
- Diagrams and charts have text equivalents or captions.
- Pages remain readable at 200% text size and on screens as narrow as 320 pixels.
- Animation is turned off when your device asks for reduced motion, and no content depends on animation or JavaScript to appear.
- Form fields have visible labels and clear error messages, with no CAPTCHA.
How we test
Every release runs automated axe accessibility scans on all pages, layout checks at 17 screen widths, enlarged-text checks, keyboard navigation checks, and reduced-motion and JavaScript-disabled checks. Automated testing cannot find every barrier, so we also review pages manually.
Known limitations
The website has not yet been evaluated by an independent auditor or tested with a full range of assistive technologies by people who use them. If you find a barrier, we want to know about it.
CapZero products
Each CapZero product is designed to the same WCAG 2.2 AA target. Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs) based on the VPAT format will be prepared for each product as it becomes available and can be requested for procurement review.
Report a barrier or request a report
Email [email protected] with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser, or assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within three business days. You can also use that address to request an ACR or this information in another format.
